The main product performance inspections include: the inspection of the shape and assembly size, the contact resistance inspection of the single circuit, the contact resistance inspection of the conductive slip ring during operation, the inspection of the insulation strength and the pressure resistance between the loops, and the detection of the friction torque during rotation. . Here we focus on the fluctuation value of the rotating contact resistance and the insulation strength between loops. The single-circuit contact resistance fluctuation value directly affects the quality of the signal, current transmission, and the stability of the conductive ring. The detection method is to install the conductive ring on the testing instrument and make the conductive slip ring in operation. The voltmeter measures the fluctuation value of the single-channel dynamic resistance. The fluctuation value of the contact resistance of each circuit should not be 10 milliohms. Generally, the excessive fluctuation of the contact resistance is mainly due to the poor contact between the brush wire and the metal ring. The bad reasons are mostly insufficient pressure or foreign matter in the contact surface or the metal ring Caused by deformation and other factors. This requires strict implementation of the "Five S" in the production process; on the other hand, control the production process, adjust the pressure of the brush when installing the brush, so that the pressure should not be too much or too small, and long-term experiments It is found that about 10 grams of force is more suitable, which can not only meet the requirements of contact resistance, but also will not affect the life by too much friction; there is also the aging treatment of the spindle installed with the metal ring, so that the stress can be fully released without causing The loop is deformed. The insulation strength between loops refers to the use of 500V or 1000V insulation withstand voltage testers for testing on two adjacent circuits.
If it fails the test, the main reasons are: short circuit, conductive medium connection between loops, or short circuit caused by wire injury of the wire, or caused by the partial loop in the processing engineering; and the insulation performance is reduced, and the insulation performance is reduced. It may be due to the material, or it may be cracks, holes and other defects during the glue filling. When the humidity is too high, the insulation performance will decrease due to the entry of moisture.
